Your Rocketspark website is live, but it's starting to feel a little tired — or your business has evolved and the site hasn't quite kept up. A website refresh is a great middle ground between starting from scratch and leaving things as they are.
Every refresh is different, so we start with a scoping call to understand what needs attention and provide you with a tailored quote. Common refresh work includes updated layouts and design, new or restructured pages, improved copy flow, and a general tidy-up.

Rocketspark Content Review:
Already have a Rocketspark website but not sure your copy is working as hard as it could? We'll review your existing page content and rewrite it to be more search and AI-search friendly — helping you show up in the right places and make a stronger first impression.
Available for existing Rocketspark websites only. A scoping call is included so you know exactly what's involved before committing. Larger sites are quoted individually.

How does the Dedicated Design Day work?
We'll organise a spot on our calendar, and once we've confirmed that your tasks can fit into the allocated time (one day or more), we'll book you in.
During our full 8-hour session, you'll have our undivided attention. Before we begin, send us the content and tasks you'd like completed.
We'll address each item on your list, prioritising the most important tasks first.
Can I book a Dedicated Design Day if I'm in a different time zone?
Absolutely!
We work with clients worldwide, so no matter your location or time zone, we'll do our best to accommodate your daylight and working hours. If needed, we can even split the day to better fit your schedule.
How do you accomplish so much during our day together?
Years of experience have honed our design skills, allowing us to work quickly and efficiently.
By focusing solely on your tasks during our Dedicated Design Day, we can accomplish more than you might expect.
You'll be amazed at what we can achieve!
How involved do I need to be during the design day?
You don't need to be actively involved throughout the day. We'll spend the entire working day designing and completing the tasks we've discussed.
Your feedback will be needed occasionally throughout the day, and ask that you can remain on standby for any clarifications or confirmations if necessary.
What if we can't finish everything on my to-do list during the design day?
Before booking your Dedicated Design Day, we'll discuss your requirements to ensure they fit within the 8-hour timeframe.
If it seems the tasks won't fit into a single day, we'll offer you a second Dedicated Design Day to ensure everything is completed.
Can I book more than one day?
Absolutely!
Whether via email or during a consultation call, we'll provide a recommendation based on your project details. Once we agree on the required number of days, we'll schedule you for the days that work best for you.
Are there any additional investments or content requirements?
For web design updates, please provide brand photography and web copy before the Dedicated Design Day. Failure to do so will result in rescheduling.
For any design task, you'll need to provide the necessary content and assets to complete the work.
Will the work be custom?
Definitely!
We prioritise custom design and will never compromise quality for speed. We're transparent about the number of days needed to ensure you receive both fast and fully customised designs.
How does payment work?
Due to the nature of the work, we require full payment up front to book in your Dedicated Design Day.
Once payment is received you are officially on the books and we can get everything ready.
