1. We get to know what you’re all about

The first thing we do is take the time to meet with you and find out what makes you tick. What do you want to showcase online? What kind of look and feel do you want your website to have? How do you want your customers to navigate your website?

We believe this first step is a huge part of delivering a website design you’ll love, so don’t be afraid if we ask a lot of questions. It’s all so we can get to know you better.

2. We show you designs and kick about your ideas

Once we’ve gotten to know you, our talented team gets the ball rolling on designing your website. We’re a detail-oriented bunch of designers, so we consider all aspects of your website, from colour schemes and fonts, to layout and navigation.

Always keeping you in the loop, we present you with your first two pages and guide you through them. We want your website to be picture-perfect, so we listen closely to your feedback and work out any changes before completing it.

3. We deliver your complete website and show you the ropes

Once every aspect of your website has been finalised, we provide you with a complete website that’s ready to show off to the world!

We give you a full rundown of your website and show you the ropes around the Rocketspark platform so that you can easily add and edit new content, products, images and videos when you like.

When it comes to building the website, we partner with Rocketspark, a leading New Zealand website platform. We love Rocketspark because they have a solid handle on all the techie stuff that keeps your website running smoothly.

The best part about Rocketspark is that it’s perfect for non-techies. It lets you easily add and edit new content, images and videos, and products when you like. Our team understand the ins and outs and are here to make sure you feel confident about updating your website on your own terms. Or if you prefer to stay away from all things techie we’re more than happy to update and maintain your website on your behalf.

If your website needs better fit another platform we will discuss this with you at the beginning of the designing process. Other website platforms include Shopify and Squarespace; sorry we do not work with Wordpress.
