The Little Acre Design Process

The first step is crucial to our success.
We gather several inputs and learn more through our project activities:

• Client Briefing: We review your onboarding questionnaire (for branding & website clients) and sit down over a call or coffee to understand your vision, goals, and what you aim to achieve.

• Market Research: We analyse your competitors to understand what they’re doing (or not doing) and identify opportunities for differentiation.

We create a plan! With the information gathered from Step 1, we tick all the boxes and make further assessments and adjustments.

Review Existing Strategies: We assess your business, brand, and marketing strategies. If they are up-to-date, we use them to inform our project. If they need adjustments, we can help refine them.

Define Project Scope: We clearly define the project boundaries to prevent scope creep, ensuring we stay within time and budget constraints.

We send you the project outline and invoice.

Once we receive your 50% deposit, we allocate a space for you in our workflow, usually within 2-6 weeks.

With a solid foundation from our research and planning, we move into the creative phase:

• Brainstorming Sessions: We generate a wide range of ideas through internal and collaborative brainstorming sessions.

• Mood Boards and Sketches: We create mood boards and sketches to explore different visual directions.

• Concept Creation: We develop concepts that align with your company’s goals and vision using our tools and expertise.

Once we have developed our concepts, we present them to you for feedback. Based on your input, we iterate on the designs until we achieve the final result that meets your expectations.

Most projects we find that they only require 3 rounds of reiterations, however, if your project requires a little more TLC then we're sure to go the extra mile until you're happy.

• Brand Work: We present you with a comprehensive brand guidelines booklet that includes everything you need to maintain your brand's integrity, along with your brand files in PDF, PNG, and JPEG formats (excluding working design files).

• Website Work: We walk you through the final product, launch the website, and provide a 'how to' video tutorial on basic website updates you can manage moving forward.

• Project Completion: The remaining 50% balance will be due now that the project is complete.

Now that your project is complete, you can enjoy the excitement of implementing your new brand, website, and project, and bringing in new customers! However, our journey doesn’t end here:
