Liora Pine

Creative Director — Brand, Design & Strategy

Liora Pine is the founder and Creative Director of The Little Acre, leading the studio with a calm, thoughtful approach to brand, design and strategy. With over 20 years’ experience across brand creation, website design and marketing collateral, she works closely with clients to help them clearly and confidently share their stories through design.

Originally born in Palo Alto, California, Liora began her career in the graphic design industry working across both small creative studios and larger agencies. In 2007, she relocated to New Zealand, where the sense of space, balance and connection to place strongly influenced the way she approached her work — and ultimately inspired the creation of The Little Acre.

Drawing on her diverse experience, Liora founded the studio to offer a more considered way of working: one that blends strategic thinking with refined, modern design. Today, The Little Acre partners with clients from Cambridge to San Francisco, delivering work that is purposeful, well-crafted and aligned with real business goals.

Liora remains hands-on in every project, bringing depth, perspective and care to the creative process, and ensuring each outcome feels thoughtful, intentional and enduring.

Marty Pine

Technical & Strategic Lead

Marty Pine brings over 25 years’ experience across technology, operations and leadership, supporting businesses through complex change with clarity and confidence. His background spans hands-on software development through to senior roles in project management, operations and executive leadership.

Across his career, Marty has worked with both large organisations and local enterprises, helping teams navigate growth, change and operational challenges. His strength lies in translating complex systems and strategy into practical, workable solutions that support long-term business health.

Today, Marty works closely with Waikato-based businesses, offering strategic, technical and operational guidance tailored to real-world conditions. He brings a steady, considered perspective to every engagement, helping organisations make informed decisions, adapt with confidence and move forward with purpose.
