When Kylee launched KSM Mortgages & Financial Services, she came to The Little Acre for support in building a brand that would feel as confident and capable as the service she provides. The Brief
As a new business, KSM needed everything from a brand identity and marketing collateral to a fully designed website and social media presence. The brand needed to feel bold, empowering and timeless, while still being warm, professional and personal.
Our Approach
We started with strategy, defining the look, feel and tone the brand needed to evoke. Drawing inspiration from natural textures and neutral tones, we created a rich but grounded colour palette that blends warm stone, slate grey and soft neutrals with a confident pop of cherry apple red.
The logo suite was designed for flexibility across print and digital, and we supported the full brand rollout with branded business cards, uniforms, social media templates and a complete website.
Every element was intentionally crafted to help KSM show up as polished and professional, without losing the human touch that makes Kylee’s service unique.
Award-Winning Outcome
The new KSM website went on to win a Silver Award from Rocketspark, recognising both the thoughtful design and the seamless user experience. The finished brand now delivers a consistent, compelling presence across every platform, positioning KSM as a confident, trusted provider in the financial services space.
